How do I know that Parmigiano-Reggiano hails from the province of Reggio Emilia?
Well, because I am standing here in front of a €30,000 solid block of Cararra marble, carved in the form of a large wedge of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese… where? Bibbiano. Bibbiano di REGGIO EMILIA!!!
