Looking for a fantastic gastro-destination in the province of Parma? We stumbled across this incredible restaurant (which we had heard stories about before) while we were on a weekend trip. It’s the only place to eat in the tiny town of Corchia, in the province of Parma. We HIGHLY recommend the pizza. Tip: don’t chose toppings; just take the default ‘misto’. Yum. The desserts weren’t bad either!
